Qualifications: I am an approved judge for 16 breeds in AKC; I have been involved in pure-bred dogs since 1976 and in Newfoundlands since that date and Australian Shepherds since 1983.

about yourself:   I am retired from the work-life, having been a commercial insurance claims adjuster who handled litigation and heavy work-load.  My husband is also retired and we enjoy our farm with horses, cows, goats, and of course, lots of dogs!  I started judging early 80's and became an approved judge in 1995.  I LOVE judging and have judged in Germany and will be going back to Germany September, 2012 for another show.

 about your dogs:  We currently have 6 Australian Shepherds ranging in ages from 12 years to 1 year and 2 Newfoundlands, one age 7 and the other age 4 months.

 what do you think about pet-show on-line: It is fun and certainly convenient for the exhibitors and the judge - however, I miss getting my hands on the actual dog!
